The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties
  4. Jurisdiction: Subject to the above arbitration clause, the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings
